So that we may accommodate other clients needs, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. No-show and same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service booked to the card number with which they were held. This is a salon standard, but each service provider may also have their own policy in place.
