She’s been part of the Adorn team for several years and enjoys being surrounded by a creative, supportive community of stylists.

Candace LeClaire - Stylist

Candace has been part of Adorn since the very beginning and brings years of experience behind the chair. A Colorado native, she began her career with Antoine du Chez before spending a decade at The Parlour in LoDo, eventually joining Adorn when it first opened in the Baker neighborhood. Candace loves the variety that hairstyling offers—from short precision cuts to long layers and creative color. She’s passionate about continuing education and has trained with respected programs including Vidal Sassoon and razor cutting with Nick Arrojo.

Deona Hurd - Stylist

Owner | Hair Stylist With over 27 years in the beauty industry, Deona founded Adorn Salon in 2013 with a vision of creating a space where both artists and clients feel inspired, supported, and elevated. Behind the chair, Deona loves working with a diverse clientele and enjoys creating everything from dimensional brunettes and bright blondes to vibrant reds and rich coppers. She’s especially drawn to playing with color placement, patterns, and techniques to design customized looks for each guest. Her passion lies in cultivating a thoughtful salon culture where talented stylists can grow, collaborate, and thrive.

DevaCurl trained and the founder of Curly Hair Denver, she focuses on creating cuts and routines that work with each client’s natural texture and daily lifestyle. Shannon believes great hair starts with understanding how you actually live—how much time you want to spend styling, the climate you live in, and what makes you feel confident. She also loves educating clients on caring for their curls and choosing the right products for Colorado’s dry climate.

Hair Stylist Heather began her career in Salida before moving to Denver in the early 2000s, bringing a warm, relationship-focused approach to every appointment. She loves building lasting connections with her clients and helping them feel confident and beautiful. Heather enjoys working with a variety of styles, from everyday cuts and color to special occasion styling, including updos and wedding hair. Her calm, thoughtful approach makes every visit feel comfortable and personalized.

Hair Stylist A Colorado native, Heidi began her career early—completing Warren Tech’s cosmetology program and becoming licensed at just 18. She spent 14 years behind the chair at The Parlour in Cap Hill before joining the team at Adorn. Heidi enjoys working with a wide range of styles, from dimensional color and bobs to classic men’s cuts and fades. What she loves most about her work is the one-on-one connection with clients and helping them leave feeling confident and refreshed.

Parker Armstrong (Existing Clients Only)

Hair Stylist Originally from Kearney, Nebraska, Parker brings a creative eye and love for lived-in, dimensional color to the salon. She enjoys working with a range of techniques that create natural, effortless hair that grows out beautifully. Outside the salon, Parker loves traveling and exploring new places, drawing inspiration from the different styles and cultures she encounters along the way.

Alicia Rodriquez - Skin Care and Nails

Esthetician & Nail Technician Alicia brings years of experience and a warm, welcoming approach to every service. She loves helping clients feel relaxed, cared for, and confident through personalized skincare and nail treatments. Originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico, Alicia has called Denver home for many years and enjoys building lasting relationships with the clients who visit her treatment room. Her goal is always to create a comfortable experience where clients can unwind while receiving thoughtful, attentive care.

For the past eight years, I’ve specialized in Dazzle Dry, and I’m just as passionate about it today as I was when I first started. I love how this system provides a long-lasting, quick-drying, and non-toxic alternative for beautiful, healthy nails. Originally from Kansas, I’ve called Colorado home for a long time and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. My goal is to provide each client with a relaxing, high-quality service that prioritizes the health of their natural nails while delivering stunning results. She owned and operated a salon in Denver, Colorado for 10 years which is sold and still in business today. Talie has certifications from Hair Police in Minneapolis for dreads, texture, and extensions. Also certified at Bumble and Bumble University In New York for business and productivity knowledge. She also offers services related to intuitive consulting and yoga. Talie is a certified level 3 Reiki Master, a Tao Hands Practioner, and also has a 500 hour yoga instructors license.
